Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) and the host Cushing Academy Penguins (Ashburnham, MA), saw Mount St. Charles Academy's soccer squad knock off Cushing Academy by a count of 3-0.

The Mounties (16-0) will now prepare for their battle against South Kent School (South Kent, CT). The Cardinals enter the non-league match with a 9-5 record. In their last match, South Kent School nipped St. Thomas More (Oakdale, CT), 3-1, in a non-league match.

The Penguins now sport a 6-10 record. They take the field next when they host Northfield Mount Hermon for a NEPSAC Freelance match on Saturday, November 1. Cushing Academy will meet a Hoggers team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Suffield Academy (Suffield, CT). The Hoggers record now stands at 9-2.
