In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host South Eugene Axe volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Westview Wildcats.
With the win, South Eugene advances its record to 22-3 on the season. The Axe travel to South Salem (Salem, OR) to face the Saxons in a non-league test on Friday, November 7. The Saxons go into the test with a record of 30-7. South Salem won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Barlow (Gresham, OR)
With the loss, Westview drops to 20-11 on the campaign.
