The Plainview Hornets basketball team (Glenmora, LA), was nudged 60-59 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Evans Eagles (Evans, LA)

The Eagles now sport a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Elizabeth for a non-league battle on Tuesday, November 15. Evans will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 75-52 non-league loss to Oak Hill (Hineston, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.

The Hornets (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Fairview (Grant, LA). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Fairview was nudged by Oak Hill (Hineston, LA), 72-71, in a non-league battle.
