Mississippi High School Basketball - Kosciusko nipped by Neshoba Central

The Neshoba Central Rockets tipped the visiting Kosciusko Whippets basketball team by a final score of 63-56 in Friday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Rockets face the Holmes County Central Jaguars (Lexington, MS) in a non-league game, on Saturday, November 11. Neshoba Central will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 68-46 non-league win over Callaway (Jackson, MS).

With the defeat, Kosciusko moves to 0-2 on the year. The Whippets travel to Leflore County (Itta Bena, MS) to face the Tigers in a non-league game on Saturday, November 11.
