Tennessee High School Football - Sevier County succumbs to Powell

November 10, 2023: Powell, TN 37849

The Powell Panthers thwarted the visiting Sevier County Smoky Bears football team by a count of 31-7 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Powell upgrades its record to 9-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to West (Knoxville, TN) to encounter the Rebels in a non-league outing on Friday, November 17. The Rebels go into the outing with a record of 11-1. West won 30-0 in their recent non-league outing against Morristown-Hamblen West (Morristown, TN)

With the loss, Sevier County moves to 10-2 on the season.
