The Pflugerville Connally Cougars basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Anderson Trojans to 44 in the Cougars non-league victory on Friday.

The Cougars now sport a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Copperas Cove for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 11. Pflugerville Connally will battle a Bulldawgs team coming off a 62-53 non-league loss to Round Rock (Round Rock, TX). The Bulldawgs record now stands at 1-3.

The Trojans (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Leander (Leander, TX). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Leander prevailed over Miller (Corpus Christi, TX), 56-26, in a non-league contest.
