The Rouse Raiders basketball team scored 43 points and held the visiting Hutto Hippos to 36 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Friday.
The Raiders now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boerne-Champion for a non-league contest on Friday, November 10. Rouse will meet a Chargers team coming off a 48-32 non-league win over Dripping Springs (Dripping Springs, TX). The Chargers record now stands at 2-2.
The Hippos (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Round Rock (Round Rock, TX). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 7-0 record. In their last contest, Round Rock nudged Lake Belton (Temple, TX), 42-36, in a non-league contest.
