The Lake Highlands Wildcats (Dallas, TX) basketball knocked off the visiting Newman Smith Trojans (Carrollton, TX), 62-48 in Friday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their test against Rowlett (Rowlett, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Rowlett notched a victory over Newman Smith (Carrollton, TX), 51-42, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now own a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Rowlett for a non-league test on Saturday, November 11. Newman Smith will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 61-21 non-league loss to Boswell (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
