The New Life Christian Academy Monarchs basketball team scored 85 points and held the host Liberty Christian Patriots to 27 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Friday.

The Monarchs now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heirway Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 12. New Life Christian Academy will meet a Eagles team coming off a 67-58 non-league loss to Northwood Temple Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.

The Patriots (0-3) will now prepare for their contest against Village Christian Academy (Fayetteville, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Village Christian Academy was routed by Living Water Christian (Jacksonville, NC), 82-54, in a non-league contest.
