In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Callaway Chargers football squad scored a good 28-14 victory over the Lafayette Commodores.

In their next game, the Chargers clash with the Vicksburg Gators (Vicksburg, MS) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 18. Callaway will attempt to move on its 9-2 season record. The Gators enter the match with a 9-2 record after their 36-14 non-league win over Cleveland Central (Cleveland, MS).
