Ellison Eagles (Killeen, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Hendrickson Hawks (Pflugerville, TX), 36-15 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Ellison upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Copperas Cove (Copperas Cove, TX) to play the Bulldawgs in a non-league bout on Monday, November 14. The Bulldawgs come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Hawks play the Bastrop Bears (Bastrop, TX) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 3. Hendrickson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
