St. Mary's Pirates (Colorado Springs, CO) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Sanford Mustangs (Sanford, CO), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Pirates clash with the North Fork Miners (Hotchkiss, CO) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 11. St. Mary's will attempt to advance on its 22-7 season record. The Miners come into the match with a 19-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Vail Christian (Edwards, CO).
With the loss, Sanford drops to 19-8 on the campaign.
