The Cedar Hill Longhorns basketball team scored 48 points and held the host South Oak Cliff Bears to 40 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Longhorns now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eastern Hills for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 14. Cedar Hill will meet a Highlanders team coming off a 70-66 non-league loss to Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX). The Highlanders record now stands at 1-1.
The Bears (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Carter (Dallas, TX). The Cowboys enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Carter ran past Red Oak (Red Oak, TX), 52-46, in a non-league contest.
