The DeSoto Eagles basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Wilson Wildcats to 22 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Eagles now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dunbar for a non-league contest on Monday, November 13. DeSoto will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 55-35 non-league win over Madison (Dallas, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Madison (Dallas, TX). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Madison was routed by Dunbar (Fort Worth, TX), 55-35, in a non-league contest.
