    The Sharpsville Blue Devils football team (Sharpsville, PA), was ripped 49-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Mercyhurst Prep Lakers (Erie, PA)

    The Lakers (10-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Farrell (Farrell, PA). The Steelers come into the non-league challenge with a 10-1 record. In their last challenge, Farrell trounced Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA), 36-7, in a non-league challenge.

    The Blue Devils now sport a 5-6 record.
