Lanesville Eagles (Lanesville, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Southridge Raiders (Huntingburg, IN), 30-21 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Lanesville upgrades its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Eagles host Christian Academy (New Albany, IN) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 1-4. Christian Academy lost 59-31 in their recent non-league bout against West Washington (Campbellsburg, IN)

Next up, the Raiders play the Evansville Mater Dei Wildcats (Evansville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 14. Southridge will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 56-48 league win over Vincennes Lincoln (Vincennes, IN).
