The Hazen Hornets basketball team scored 38 points and limited the host Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs to 33 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Monday.

The Hornets now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they host DeWitt for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 12.

With the loss, Central Arkansas Christian falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Jessieville (Jessieville, AR) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 14. The Lions enter the battle with a record of 0-2. Jessieville lost 54-12 in their recent non-league battle against Cutter-Morning Star (Hot Springs National Park, AR)
