The Eagles (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Monroe Area (Monroe, GA). The Purple Hurricanes enter the D2 Area 8 contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Monroe Area was nudged by Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA), 21-14, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs confront the Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA) in a D2 Area 8 contest, on Tuesday, November 19. Morgan County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Jaguars enter the contest with a 5-8 record after their 20-12 non-league loss to Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA).
