In Tuesday's non-league test, the Lawrence County Cougars (Monticello, MS) basketball squad got by the visiting Natchez Bulldogs (Natchez, MS), by a final score of 62-56.

Next, the Cougars clash with the Mendenhall Tigers (Mendenhall, MS) in a non-league test, on Thursday, November 13. Lawrence County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-0 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 1-2 record after their 71-40 non-league win over Columbia (Columbia, MS).

The Bulldogs (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Vicksburg (Vicksburg, MS). The Gators come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Vicksburg tipped South Pike (Magnolia, MS), 57-35, in a non-league battle.
