The Morrow Mustangs (Morrow, GA) basketball edged the host South Gwinnett Comets (Snellville, GA), 49-45 in Tuesday's non-league test.

Next, the Mustangs encounter the Westlake Lions (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league test, on Friday, November 14. Morrow will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 75-16 non-league win over Mays (Atlanta, GA).

The Comets (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Campbell (Smyrna, GA). The Spartans come into the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Campbell was nudged by Kell (Marietta, GA), 59-51, in a non-league battle.
