Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA) fans went home in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their flag football squad nudge the host Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA), 12-7 in a league test.

The Lions now hold a 11-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fayette County for a D3 Area 7 test on Tuesday, November 11. Trinity Christian will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 26-0 league loss to Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 5-7.

The Jaguars (4-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA). The Tigers go into the D3 Area 7 challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Fayette County was edged by Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA), 26-0, in a league challenge.
