Texas High School Basketball - Cotton Center crushes Dawson

Cotton Center Elks (Cotton Center, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Dawson Dragons (Welch, TX), 33-8 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Cotton Center upgrades its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Elks travel to Petersburg (Petersburg, TX) to play the Buffaloes in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 15. The Buffaloes come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Dragons play the Southland Eagles (Southland, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 15. Dawson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 0-1 record after their 44-41 non-league loss to Cotton Center (Cotton Center, TX).
