Texas High School Basketball - Nimitz can't hold off Midway

The Midway Panthers basketball team scored 41 points and restricted the host Nimitz Vikings to 36 in the Panthers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Panthers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host A&M Consolidated for a non-league contest on Tuesday, November 15. Midway will battle a Tigers team coming off a 59-48 non-league loss to College Park (The Woodlands, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.
The Vikings (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Pinkston (Dallas, TX). The Vikings come into the non-league contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Pinkston was nudged by Red Oak (Red Oak, TX), 82-59, in a non-league contest.
