Johnson Jaguars (Buda, TX) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Pasadena Eagles (Pasadena, TX), 40-10 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Johnson upgrades its record to 2-3 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Canyon (New Braunfels, TX) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 15. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Canyon lost 54-42 in their recent non-league bout against San Marcos (San Marcos, TX)

Next up, the Eagles play the Benjamin Davis Falcons (Houston, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, November 15. Pasadena will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 47-28 non-league loss to Navasota (Navasota, TX).
