Oldenburg Academy Twisters (Oldenburg, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Southwestern Spartans (Shelbyville, IN), 46-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Oldenburg Academy upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Twisters travel to Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, November 15. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 0-1. Lawrenceburg lost 51-37 in their recent non-league bout against Madison (Madison, IN)

Next up, the Spartans play the Shelbyville Golden Bears (Shelbyville, IN) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 18. Southwestern will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record.
