In Saturday's non-league outing, the Lake Central Indians (St. John, IN) basketball squad edged the host Penn Kingsmen (Mishawaka, IN), by a count of 40-33.

The Indians (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Hammond Bishop Noll (Hammond, IN). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 0-1 record.

The Kingsmen now hold a 2-1 record. They play next when they host Carroll for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 22.
