George County Rebels (Lucedale, MS) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Wayne County War Eagles (Waynesboro, MS), 7-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Rebels face the Madison Central Jaguars (Madison, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 12. George County will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a 3-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over West Lauderdale (Collinsville, MS).
The War Eagles now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Meridian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 12.
