The Grenada Chargers basketball squad (Grenada, MS), was crushed 61-21 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Edwards Tigers (Ruleville, MS)

With the victory, Edwards advances its record to 3-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Clarksdale (Clarksdale, MS) to meet the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Friday, November 15. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 3-0. Clarksdale won 60-44 in their recent non-league battle against Central (West Helena, AR)

The Chargers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host DeSoto Central for a non-league battle on Thursday, November 14. Grenada will meet a Jaguars squad coming off a 73-53 non-league win over Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-2.
