In Tuesday's non-league test, the West Union Eagles (Myrtle, MS) basketball squad trounced the visiting Regents Lions (Oxford, MS), by a score of 73-40.
Next, the Eagles clash with the New Site Royals (New Site, MS) in a non-league test, on Thursday, November 14. West Union will attempt to improve on its 3-0 season record. The Royals come into the test with a 2-0 record after their 65-36 non-league win over Thrasher (Booneville, MS).
The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Lafayette (Oxford, MS). The Commodores come into the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Lafayette bounced North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS), 52-49, in a non-league test.
