Clarke Central Gladiators (Athens, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Seckinger Jaguars (Buford, GA), 44-26 in a non-league match.

With the victory, Clarke Central upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Gladiators travel to Kell (Marietta, GA) to face the Longhorns in a non-league match on Saturday, November 23. The Longhorns enter the match with a record of 3-0.

The Jaguars now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Shoals for a non-league match on Friday, November 15. Seckinger will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 55-41 non-league loss to Rockdale County (Conyers, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 0-1.
