The crowd at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the North Panola Cougars (Sardis, MS) and the visiting West Tallahatchie Choctaws (Webb, MS), observed North Panola's basketball team knock off West Tallahatchie by a score of 60-42.
The Cougars (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Byhalia (Byhalia, MS). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 0-3 record. In their last challenge, Byhalia dropped by Holly Springs (Holly Springs, MS), 46-28, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Choctaws battle the Riverside Bulldogs (Avon, MS) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, November 14. West Tallahatchie will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 55-46 non-league loss to Greenville (Greenville, MS).
