Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC) and the visiting Gray Stone Day Knights (Misenheimer, NC), saw Highland Tech's soccer squad hold off Gray Stone Day by a count of 2-1.

The Rams (18-1) will now prepare for their battle against Union Academy (Monroe, NC). The Cardinals enter the non-league battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, Union Academy tipped Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
