The Cardinal Newman Cardinals volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host San Joaquin Memorial Panthers to 2 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cardinals now have a 29-8 record. They play next when they travel to Buchanan for a non-league outing on Thursday, November 14. Cardinal Newman will play a Bears team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Harbor (Santa Cruz, CA). The Bears record now stands at 27-12.

With the loss, San Joaquin Memorial drops to 26-15 on the campaign.
