The Summit Shasta Black Bears volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Chico Panthers to 0 in the Black Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Black Bears now have a 26-5 record. They play next when they travel to Fresno Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, November 14. Summit Shasta will play a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Rancho Cotate (Rohnert Park, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 38-13.

With the loss, Chico drops to 25-18 on the campaign.
