Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA) backers went home thrilled Wednesday as they saw their basketball team thwart the host Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA), 62-49 in a non-league contest.
The Wolfpack (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Hampton (Hampton, GA). The Hornets go into the non-league contest with a 1-0 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats confront the Eagle's Landing Eagles (McDonough, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, November 15. Locust Grove will attempt to better on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 0-1 record after their 50-48 league loss to Hampton (Hampton, GA).
