Walker Valley Mustangs (Cleveland, TN) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Loudon Redskins (Loudon, TN), 79-55 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Walker Valley upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Warren County (McMinnville, TN) to play the Pioneers & Lady Pioneers in a non-league bout on Saturday, November 18. The Pioneers & Lady Pioneers come into the bout with a record of 0-2. Warren County lost 64-53 in their recent non-league bout against Stewarts Creek (Smyrna, TN)

Next up, the Redskins play the Wartburg Central Bulldogs (Wartburg, TN) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, November 16. Loudon will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
