With the win, South Plaquemines upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Hurricanes host Jefferson RISE Charter (Harvey, LA) to play the in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Jefferson RISE Charter lost 93-63 in their recent non-league bout against East Jefferson (Metairie, LA)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the East Jefferson Warriors (Metairie, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. New Orleans Military & Maritime Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 1-0 record after their 93-63 non-league win over Jefferson RISE Charter (Harvey, LA).
