The San Gabriel Matadors basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Rosemead Panthers to 48 in the Matadors non-league victory on Monday.

The Matadors now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host San Marino for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. San Gabriel will battle a Titans team coming off a 73-40 non-league win over Hoover (Glendale, CA). The Titans record now stands at 2-0.

The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against La Puente (La Puente, CA). The Warriors come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record.
