California High School Basketball - Carlsbad knocked off by Academy of Our Lady of Peace

The Academy of Our Lady of Peace Pilots basketball team scored 40 points and held the visiting Carlsbad Lancers to 27 in the Pilots non-league triumph on Monday.
The Pilots now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to La Costa Canyon for a non-league contest on Saturday, November 18.
The Lancers (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bonita Vista (Chula Vista, CA). The Barons enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Bonita Vista was defeated by Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA), 47-42, in a non-league contest.
