In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Simpson Broncos basketball team scored a good 55-38 win over the Anacoco Indians.
The Broncos (6-0) will now prepare for their contest against Alexandria (Alexandria, LA). The Trojans come into the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
In their next game, the Indians battle the Pine Prairie Panthers (Pine Prairie, LA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, November 18. Anacoco will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record.
