Louisiana High School Basketball - Carver Collegiate Academy nips Brother Martin

Carver Collegiate Academy Rams (New Orleans, LA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Brother Martin Crusaders (New Orleans, LA), 72-68 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Carver Collegiate Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Rams host St. Amant (St. Amant, LA) to play the Gators in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Gators come into the bout with a record of 1-1.
Next up, the Crusaders play the Benjamin Franklin Falcons (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Brother Martin will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 55-42 non-league loss to Northshore (Slidell, LA).
