Columbia Christian Crusaders (Magnolia, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting West Side Christian Warriors (El Dorado, AR), 71-62 in a league bout.

With the win, Columbia Christian upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Crusaders host Emerson (Emerson, AR) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Emerson won 68-66 in their recent non-league bout against Spring Hill (Hope, AR)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Arkansas Christian Academy Knights (Bryant, AR) in a Arkansas Christian bout, on Tuesday, January 9. West Side Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record.
