With the victory, Edna Karr upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Carver Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA) to play the Rams in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Rams come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Carver Collegiate Academy won 72-68 in their recent non-league bout against Brother Martin (New Orleans, LA)

Next up, the Roneagles play the Sarah T. Reed Olympians (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. McDonogh 35 will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Olympians come into the bout with a 2-1 record after their 57-37 non-league win over Bogalusa (Bogalusa, LA).
