Wendover Wildcats (Wendover, UT) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Grantsville Cowboys (Grantsville, UT), 47-37 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wendover upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Rowland Hall (Salt Lake City, UT) to play the Winged Lions in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 2. The Winged Lions come into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Cowboys play the Cottonwood Colts (Salt Lake City, UT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Grantsville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
