Illinois High School Basketball - Casey-Westfield tops Farina South Central

Casey-Westfield Warriors (Casey, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Farina South Central Cougars (Farina, IL), 55-39 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Casey-Westfield upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Warriors host Arcola (Arcola, IL) to play the Purple Riders in a non-league bout on Thursday, November 16. The Purple Riders come into the bout with a record of 1-0. Arcola won 50-22 in their recent non-league bout against Oakwood (Fithian, IL)
Next up, the Cougars play the North Clay/Clay City (Louisville, IL) in a National Trail bout, on Thursday, November 16. Farina South Central will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
