Crowell Wildcats (Crowell, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Guthrie Jaguars (Guthrie, TX), 31-28 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Crowell upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Wildcats host Quanah (Quanah, TX) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 5. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 1-1.

Next up, the Jaguars play the Harrold Hornets (Harrold, TX) in a non-league bout, on Friday, November 17. Guthrie will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
