In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Vernon Lions basketball team scored a decisive 83-9 triumph over the Hirschi Huskies.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Seymour Panthers (Seymour, TX) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 17. Vernon will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record.
With the defeat, Hirschi moves to 1-3 on the year. The Huskies host Springtown (Springtown, TX) to meet the Porcupines in a non-league match on Saturday, November 18.
