The Winnebago Lutheran Academy Vikings basketball team scored 62 points and held the host Oakfield Oaks to 58 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Manitowoc Lutheran for a non-league contest on Friday, November 17. Winnebago Lutheran Academy will battle a Lancers team coming off a 64-36 non-league win over Kiel (Kiel, WI). The Lancers record now stands at 1-0.
The Oaks (0-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rio (Rio, WI). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Rio was nudged by Waterloo (Waterloo, WI), 34-32, in a non-league contest.
