North Polk Comets (Alleman, IA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting North Scott Lancers (Eldridge, IA), 35-7 in a non-league battle.
With the win, North Polk advances its record to 11-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Pella (Pella, IA) to play the Dutch in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 21. The Dutch go into the battle with a record of 11-1. Pella won 28-16 in their recent non-league battle against Lewis Central (Council Bluffs, IA)
The Lancers now own a 9-3 record.
