The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Allatoona Buccaneers (Acworth, GA) and the visiting Cross Keys Phoenix (Atlanta, GA), observed Allatoona's basketball team overcome Cross Keys by a score of 38-19.
The Buccaneers (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Darlington (Rome, GA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Darlington dropped by Gilmer (Ellijay, GA), 48-37, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Phoenix battle the Towers Titans (Decatur, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, November 15. Cross Keys will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record. The Titans come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 61-29 non-league loss to Tucker (Tucker, GA).
